Where is our data stored, and how are children's names protected?
Data stays in the UAE (data residency) under a Data Processing Agreement, inside your school's safeguarding and audit obligations. For the inspection-ready records schools need, a child's real name is stored encrypted at rest, with role-based access and a full audit log — only authorised caregivers can view it, and it is never sent to the AI. Parents who prefer can keep a profile pseudonymous.
